Handicrafts
The artisan tradition in Osuna has a long history, the result of decades of work by great masters. The ceramics still made in the town base their decorative elements on the 18th-century Sevillian tiles that adorn the courtyards and cloisters of convents and monasteries. The works in glass, wrought iron, resin, esparto grass and cordovan leather are a good example of the craftsmanship of the people of Osuna.

Gastronomy
The whitewashed, monumental streets of Osuna are the ideal setting for sampling the town's typical dishes outdoors, taking advantage of its warm temperatures throughout the year. Its cuisine is rich in variety, with highlights including ardoria (a spicy dish), cocido ursaonés (a stew), repapalillas de bacalao (cod fritters) and guiso de tagarninas (a stew made with golden thistle), all dishes washed down with the town's excellent olive oil.
