El Salinoso stream

The trailhead is located in the Motocross circuit car parks. From there, cross the A-378 road and take a path on the right that runs parallel to it. This path will take us to a junction with the SE-485 road. At this point, we will walk for 200 metres along the hard shoulder of this road until we cross it and come to the Antequera cattle track. We will take the cattle track and go downhill until we come to the El Salinoso stream. Once at this point, we enter the stream bed and follow it for 4.5 km. This is the most beautiful section of our trail.

At this point, we leave the stream and begin a steep climb to the top of the hill. Once at the top, we take a path that leads us into a beautiful pine forest. In the shade of the pine trees, our path winds until it meets the Ípora stream, which we cross, taking the path that runs parallel to the stream.

This path leads us to a half-ruined building known as Casilla de La Lapa, which we will go around. We will continue on our route and, after approximately 2 km, we will come to Casilla de El Ciprés. We will take the downhill path and arrive at the SE-485 road. Cross this road and follow the path, which after a little over 2 km will take you back to your starting point at the motocross circuit.
