It has 334 inhabitants.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The hermitage of <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><i>Mar\u00eda Auxiliadora<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> is located on a municipal plot of land at the confluence of<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><i> Levante<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> and <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><i>Llana<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> streets of the small village of <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><i>Puerto de la Encina<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">. SRA. DE CONSOLACI\u00d3N DEL CALVARIO<\/span><\/h1>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The first pilgrimage of our times was in 1988 with a multitude of pilgrims, but it was officially approved in 1996. Since then, the pilgrimage is taken to a land called <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><i>El Calvario <\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">which receives this name because of its location next to the mount and the ruins of the ancient convent<\/span><\/span><i> <\/i><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">with the same name<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><i>. <\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The enclosure is located 8km awayfrom Osuna in the local road of <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><i>Los Corrales<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> towards <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><i>Mart\u00edn de la Jara<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">. In this hermitage you can find the Patron Saint of the town. Free entry<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">he image of Saint Arcadio, the patron of Osuna is worshiped in this hermitage and it goes on procession through the streets of the town on January 12<\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">th<\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> every year. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The church was built in the 17<\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">th<\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> century and it was restored in the 18<\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">th<\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> century. The inside has a single nave covered by a barrel vault and with the dome over the pendentives.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The lateral walls have adjoining pilasters supporting an entablature decorated with sumptuous plaster works. Over the pendentives of the dome appear some representations of the coat of arms of Osuna with vegetables motifs. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">At the presbytery the main altarpiece, belonging to 18<\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">th<\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> century, was built.
