Plus tarde, en 1973 avec une m\u00e9thodologie plus avanc\u00e9e, l\u2019espace a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9 par Ram\u00f3n Corzo. Il est possible de voir les parties de la muraille, fouill\u00e9es pendant ces interventions, dans le chemin de San Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me d\u00e9fensif de l\u2019implantation primitive n\u2019\u00e9tait pas compl\u00e8tement du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre, mais form\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments discontinus qui prot\u00e9geaient les lieus les plus faciles d\u2019acc\u00e8s et les moins prot\u00e9g\u00e9s naturellement. Traditionnellement, on l\u2019a dat\u00e9 comme \u0153uvre du milieu du Ie si\u00e8cle av. J.C., bien que les \u00e9tudes les plus r\u00e9cents proposent une chronologie plus ancienne.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant l\u2019intervention, on a d\u00e9couvert un mur d\u2019environ 95 m\u00e8tres renforc\u00e9 avec quatre tours demi-circulaires. Son profil en pente suit la m\u00eame disposition de la carri\u00e8re sur laquelle il s\u2019installe, en formant une grande courbe vers l\u2019Est.
